FAQ- FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

-Where are you located?

We are located at 8105 Rasor Blvd. Suite 201 Plano, TX 75024. Which is in the DFW area. The studio is in the building Caddo Offices on the second floor.

-What type of equipment do you all use?

We use the latest equipment. Sony cameras, Shure Dynamics Microphones. Atem Mini Pro, Focusrite Scarlett 2i2 3rd Gen USB Audio Interface, and more.

-How do I get a copy of my recording, and audio files?

We will email you a Dropbox link where you can download your files to your device. You will need a Dropbox account, which is free. www.dropbox.com

-How long does it take to get a copy of my recording, and audio files?

You will get a copy of your video and audio files within 48 hours after your session.

-Is a video or audio engineer present during recording?

Yes, a video and audio engineer will be in the studio to run equipment, help record, and to answer any questions you may have.

-What is your cancellation policy?

You will receive a full refund if you cancel your reservation at least 24 hours before your reservation begins. A 50% refund will be given for a cancellation that is under 24 hours of your reservation time. Failure to show up to your reservation, no refund will be given.

-Do you guys edit video and audio files?

Yes, we do video editing. Our video editing service do not include, intro/outro bumper videos, on screen text, and graphics.

-How long will you keep my recordings on file?

We will keep your recording on file for 2 weeks. After 2 weeks your video and audio files will be deleted from our system.

-Can I bring my own decor, or props?

You may, as long as it does not interfere with the current set, or hinder recording. You can call ahead, if you have any questions.

-Do I need to bring any software, or equipment?

No, we have everything you need!

-Can I bring guest that are not included in the recording?

Yes you can, but we kindly request that you limit the number of guests not participating in your recording. This helps us optimize the use of our space.

-Are food and drinks allowed?

Absolutely, feel free to bring food and drinks into the studio to keep your energy up during sessions! We just kindly ask that you clean up any leftovers and dispose of trash appropriately. Alcoholic beverages are not allowed in the studio.

-Can I bring pets?

No pets or animals are allowed, besides service animals.
